Greenwich Catastophe

Greenwich, London, was praised recently as containing 'a constellation of architectural treasures'. Apart from the Harrison Planetarium at the Royal Observatory (designed by Architects Allies and Morrison of Royal Festival Hall fame), there is now the Temporary Visitors Centre for the Cutty Sark (or was until the fire 10 days ago) undergoing planned restoration. It is all very sad that this is now subject to protracted delay and reconstruction. But there is always the 'Adelaide', another superb tea clipper, currently languishing off the Scottish coast in a far worse state but also restorable. Scottish Executive (as the devolved parliament is called) - you should take the opportunity and run with it. After the cost of the new Holyrood building, The 'Adelaide' could be a snip.
